本文综述了我们对星际尘埃吸收与发射特性的当前理解。讨论了Kramers-Kronig关系对波长依赖性及尘埃最大可允许吸收量的约束。presented将来自星际尘埃模型推导出的光度系数（质量吸收系数）与来自观测直接估计的值进行了比较。
