利用双轻子衰变模式测量顶夸克质量

摘要
我们展示了一种从ttbar-->bW(l+nu)bW(l+nu)类型事件中提取顶夸克质量的新似然方法。该方法能从双轻子事件集合中正确估计顶夸克质量。结果表明，Dalitz和Goldstein [1]提出的方法会导致顶夸克质量的系统性低估。在估计顶夸克质量时，顶夸克和反顶夸克之间的自旋关联效应被证明是不重要的。
