我们讨论了加载在二维光晶格上的玻色-爱因斯坦浓度物态的有限温度性质。在可实现的参数范围内，系统可由 XY 模型描述，该模型通过涡旋偶对解缠发生 Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless (BKT) 相变。展开浓度物态的干涉图样提供了 BKT 相变的实验标志：在临界温度附近，动量分布的 k=0 分量显著减小。
