氢等离子体中分子辅助复合的观测

摘要
我们展示了在线性偏滤器等离子体模拟装置TPD-SheetIV的脱附氢等离子体中,分子辅助复合(MAR)包含解离复合和互中和通道的空间结构的实验观测。质量分析(H2+、H3+)结果表明,在低气压范围内解离复合在等离子体中心占主导。同时,观测到通过H-离子形成(由H2(v)的解离电子附着产生)的MAR互中和发展于存在冷电子(~1 eV)的等离子体边缘。
