通过扫描隧道谱，在 Ag(111) 衬底上的硅烯中观测到一个可能的超导能隙，约为 35 meV。温度依赖性测量揭示了超导体 - 金属转变，并给出约 35-40K 的临界温度。文中讨论了硅烯中可能的超导机制。
