高压下铌多氢化物中发现的超导性

摘要
利用金刚石压砧结合原位高压激光加热技术,在高温高压条件下合成了铌多氢化物。高压电输运实验表明,在187 GPa下发生了超导转变,临界温度(Tc)为42 K。Tc随外加磁场的变化与超导性的本质一致,零温上临界场Hc2(0)估计约为16.8特斯拉,GL相干长度估计约为57埃。利用同步辐射进行的结构研究表明,观察到的超导性可能来自NbH3的Fm-3m相。
