$\rm SrRuO_3$界面壁电阻率观测

是一种铁磁体，其临界温度约为150K。当在零外加磁场下冷却通过Tc时，出现条纹形界面结构，其取向由较大的单轴磁晶各向异性唯一决定。我们发现铁磁界面明显增强了的电阻率，并且该增强对沿界面方向和垂直于界面方向的电流具有不同的温度依赖性。我们讨论了结果的可能解释。
