准二维超流中双稳态湍流的观测

摘要
限制于二维的湍流流动可自发在大尺度上产生有序,这违背了熵的预期,并与三维湍流形成鲜明对比——在三维中非线性湍流过程会破坏大尺度有序。本工作中,我们报道了在近乎二维通道中超流体 \4He(一种具有零粘度和离散涡量的液体)稳态流动里观测到的异常湍流行为。令人惊讶的是,在一定的实验参数范围内,湍流被观测到存在于两种双稳态中。这种双稳态可由出现具有相反涡量的大尺度流动区域很好地解释。
