高Tc超导薄膜三次谐波电压响应中尖锐λ峰的观测

摘要
本文报道了在温度接近正常态-超导态转变时,对YBa2Cu3O7-d薄膜上刻蚀的多个带状结构以及两个La1-xSrxCuO4薄膜施加偏置正弦电流所产生的三次谐波电压响应中观测到的尖锐峰。研究了三次谐波信号对电流特性的λ型温度依赖关系。探讨了几种三次谐波产生的物理机制。PACS代码/关键词:74.25.Fy - 三次谐波响应,非线性电压响应,高Tc超导体。
