微波辐射诱导的量子振荡中节点的观测

摘要
在低于1K的温度和150-400 GHz的频率范围内,研究了GaAs/AlGaAs异质结构中的微波诱导磁阻。清晰地观测到了微波辐射诱导的Shubnikov-de Haas振荡中的明显节点。该节点位置与载流子有效质量为(0.068 +/- 0.005) m0的回旋共振位置重合。
