摘要
我们在高迁移率的二维电子体（GaAs/AlGaAs异结合）中，实验和理论地研究了近似在振荡最低点阻rance几乎为零的巨型磁阻振荡，这些振荡在微波辐射下出现。我们提出了一种基于由辐射导致的莱特曼能级非平衡占据所描述振荡图景的模型。
