摘要
使用有限温度量子蒙特卡罗技术，研究了三维 Hubbard 模型中相互作用与无序的共同作用。电荷压缩性的温度依赖性表明，Mott 隧穿在有限杂乱强度之外坍塌。这是一个由无序驱动的从不可压缩相到可压缩相的量子相变。我们还计算了无序情况下的 antiferromagnetic 结构因子。强烈的 antiferromagnetic 相关性——这是 Mott 绝缘体的特征——被有限amount of无序破坏。
