细胞极化中分子标记物动力学的数值模拟

摘要
当细胞通过重组其细胞骨架与胞内细胞器而发展出组织主轴时，即发生细胞极化。极化可以自发产生，也可由外部信号（如信号分子的梯度）触发……在本工作中，我们研究了细胞极化的数学模型。这些模型基于非线性对流-扩散方程。输运项中的非线性表达了局限于细胞膜小区域的蛋白质浓度水平与将被对流至同一区域的新蛋白数量之间的正反馈环路。我们进行了数值模拟，并阐明这些模型足够丰富，能够描述极化体的出现。
