热电和热磁效应的数值计算

摘要
我们数值求解了描述半导体在磁场下塞贝克效应、霍尔效应、能斯特效应、珀尔帖效应、艾廷豪森效应和里吉-勒迪克效应的唯象方程，得到了温度、电流和电化学势的分布。计算结果与实验进行了比较。
