磁场下量子点：破坏对称相的热响应

摘要
我们利用有限温度 Hartree-Fock 技术研究了高磁场下圆形半导体量子点的热力学性质。我们证明，在给定磁场强度下，量子点随温度变化会发生各种形状相变，并概述了可能的可观测后果。
