过热超导热粒探测器中的核反冲测量

摘要
用70MeV中子束辐照SSG探测器,探索了过热超导热粒(SSG)器件对核反冲的响应。过去我们测试过Al SSG,最近用Sn与Zn探测器进行了测量。实验旨在检验SSG探测器对低至几keV反冲能量的灵敏度。本文讨论由直径15-20m的Sn颗粒制成的SSG探测器受中子辐照的初步结果。首次测得了1keV的反冲能量阈值。
