磷脂波纹相的新结构特征

摘要
我们在不同温度和固定相对湿度下计算了二肉豆蔻酰磷脂酰胆碱（DMPC）与棕榈酰-油酰磷脂酰胆碱（POPC）多层膜波纹相的电子密度图。我们的分析首次确立了脂质分子烃链沿波纹波矢方向存在平均倾斜，我们认为这导致了这些体系中非对称波纹的出现。
