二维和三维强耦合超导的非微扰 XY 模型方法

摘要
对于具有 delta 函数吸引的电子气,我们研究了二维和三维中从弱耦合到强耦合超导的渡越。我们推导了相涨落刚度的解析表达式,并建立了有效的 XY 模型,用于非微扰地确定超导失效的相退相干温度。我们发现转变温度 T_c 作为耦合强度和载流子密度的单调函数在二维和三维中都存在,并给出了在弱耦合极限中相退相干温度与对形成温度合并的解析公式。
