NbS$_2$插层化合物费米面上的非均匀掺杂

第一行过渡金属插层NbS化合物中由于传导电子与插层离子之间的耦合导致的磁有序已用费米面嵌套来解释。我们使用角分辨光电子能谱研究准二维层状化合物MnNbS和NiNbS的费米面拓扑和价带结构。从插层物种到宿主层的电荷转移导致费米面的非均匀、口袋选择性掺杂。我们讨论了我们的结果对嵌套性质的影响。
