超高磁场下单个InAs/GaAs自组装量子结构中的非线性激子自旋分裂

摘要
我们报告了在高达B=28 T的磁场中,单个InAs/GaAs量子点(QDs)和量子点分子(QDMs)中激子自旋分裂和抗磁频移的磁场色散。仅对于具有强几何约束的系统,色散可以用简单的场依赖性很好地描述,而对于约束较弱的量子点,则观察到显著偏差:最重要的是,在高场极限下,自旋分裂显示出对B的非线性依赖性,清楚地表明价带基态中存在轻空穴混合。
