摘要
磁性与电子能带结构拓扑之间的相互作用可能产生新的奇异量子态。在此我们报道了在极性磁性Weyl半金属(WSM)NdAlSi中,恒定磁场下温度依赖电阻率和比热中的一种新型量子振荡。这些新颖量子现象源于自旋分裂费米面的量子振荡之间,由于强Weyl费米子-4f电子交换相互作用结合Rashba-Dresselhaus(RD)和Zeeman效应所导致的相消干涉。我们的发现为在4f电子基磁性半金属中探索前所未有的量子现象铺平了道路。
