摘要
我们基于对 MEG 探测器在 2009 年和 2010 年于 Paul Scherrer 研究所收集的数据的分析,给出了寻找轻子味破坏衰变 μ→eγ 的新结果。对组合数据样本(对应总共 1.8×10^14 次 μ 子衰变)的似然分析给出了 μ→eγ 衰变分支比在 90% 置信水平下的上限为 2.4×10^{-12},这是迄今为止对该衰变存在性的最严格限制。
