摘要
本工作的目标是进一步发展基于Micromegas-TPC的技术，以实现高气体增益和良好的能量分辨率，并寻找适用于稀有事件探测的气体混合物。本文重点研究氙气，它适用于在136Xe中寻找无中微子双贝塔衰变。相反，在CF4中少量掺入氙气可以减少后者中的附着。这种气体混合物适用于暗物质搜索以及太阳中微子和反应堆中微子的研究。本文研究并描述了Micromegas平面的各种配置。
