薄膜超导体相变新特征

摘要

考虑了 Halperin-Lubensky-Ma (HLM) 效应,即在 Ginzburg-Landau 参数 κ\kappa 较小的型 I 超导体薄膜中,涡旋效应导致相变顺序改变。 presented for the free energy, the order parameter jump, the latent heat, and the specific heat of W, Al and In to reveal the influence of film thickness and material parameters on the properties of the phase transition. 我们首次展示了与常规认识相反的现象,即 HLM 效应在临界磁场 Hc0H_{c0} 较大的超导体薄膜中以最为显著的方式出现,而非在 κ\kappa 较小的材料中。讨论了在超导体薄膜中观察涡旋效应导致的相变顺序变化的可能性。
