摘要
在本文中，我们提出一种新型电磁记忆。它是一种“磁”型，或B模辐射记忆效应。我们发现由具有记忆的B模辐射引起的带电粒子的位置位移，而非残余速度。我们发现了两种电磁位移（普通的和零的）。我们还表明，零电磁记忆公式只不过是软光子定理的傅里叶变换。
