摘要
我们提出了一项关于粒子自旋与电磁场相互作用中洛伦兹不变性的原创测试,并报告了使用超冷中子的首次测量。我们使用高灵敏度中子电偶极矩(nEDM)谱仪,搜索了nEDM信号的方向依赖性,该依赖性会导致其大小在12小时和24小时周期内出现调制。我们将这种调制约束为和(95%置信水平)。该结果转化为对这种类型洛伦兹破缺效应的能标限制,即 GeV。
