味对称性是寻找味谜题解释的基本工具：费米子质量层级、中微子质量顺序、夸克与轻子部分混合矩阵的差异，都可以在费米子代经历特定几何关系的模型中找到解释。本文概述了连续对称性在味部分的实现，重点关注轻子部分。
