六方氮化硼中具有离散偏振轴的近相干量子发射器

摘要
六方氮化硼（hBN）最近作为量子发射器的固态宿主而受到关注。然而，迄今为止报道的hBN发射器缺乏在可扩展量子技术中部署所需的特性。在这里，我们采用光谱烧孔光谱学和共振偏振测量来观察近乎相干的hBN量子发射器，无论是单个还是集合，都具有三个离散的偏振轴，表明存在C2v对称缺陷。我们的结果是在集成量子光子学中实现hBN量子发射器的重要里程碑。
