纳米线阵列光伏:径向无序与最优效率设计

摘要

基于无序纳米结构的太阳能电池设计往往比具有均匀吸收体的结构具有更高的效率,尽管其原因尚不清楚。为解决这一问题,我们采用半解析方法来确定导致含有各种半径纳米线的阵列效率提高的物理机制。我们利用这些发现系统地设计出性能优于随机组成结构的阵列。最终,在含硅量为 30% 的阵列中实现了 23.75% 的极限效率,比同等厚度的均匀薄膜提高了近 10%。
