星化学冰中合成的氮掺杂石墨烯

摘要

近期在星际介质中探测到的带氰基侧链芳香族分子苯甲腈的冰幔,经真空紫外光照射后形成了残留物。将该残留物从基底上取下并置于Quantifoil网格上进行电子显微分析。透射电子显微镜显示了量子点(QD)和氮掺杂石墨烯(N-Graphene)片层。衍射与能量色散X射线光谱揭示了所观测石墨烯片层的结晶性质及碳氮组成。这是在星际温度冰辐照中合成QD和N-Graphene的首个结果。
