快速 peripheral 重离子碰撞中的多重电磁激发

摘要
我们研究由高阶电磁相互作用引起的一阶电磁激发修正。引入一个有效算符，在突然近似中考虑这些效应。在相关态之间求此算符的矩阵元，以简单方式得到对一阶结果的修正。作为例子我们讨论 11Be 中第一激发态的激发。它倾向于改善实验与理论之间的一致性。
