拓扑半金属PdTe中的多能隙无节点超导性

摘要

近来PdTe被认定为自旋轨道耦合的拓扑Dirac半金属,并声称呈现体节点与表面无节点的超导能隙。本文报道了在T_c=4.5 K的PdTe单晶上的极低温热导率测量,以研究其超导能隙结构。发现零磁场下残余线性项κ_0/T可忽略。此外,κ_0(H)/T的磁场依赖呈现S形曲线。这些结果表明PdTe具有多个无节点超导能隙,这与所声称的体节点能隙相矛盾。差异的原因可能是先前的角分辨光电子能谱测量仅进行至2 K,无法观测到较小的无节点能隙。PdTe中的全带隙超导态与其作为拓扑超导体候选者相兼容。
