摘要
在本文中，作者确立了比值 \begin{equation*} \frac{B_{2n-1}(t)}{B_{2n+1}(t)}, \quad \frac{B_{2n}(t)}{B_{2n+1}(t)},\quad \frac{B_{2m}(t)}{B_{2n}(t)},\quad \frac{B_{2n}(t)}{B_{2n-1}(t)} \end{equation*} 的单调性，并导出了 Bernoulli 多项式 、Bernoulli 数 及其比值（如 ）的一些已知和新的不等式。
