摘要
我们报告了在氧化物绝缘体中间动量转移范围内的粒子-空子对激发，使用高能无能谱 X 射线散射。激发谱表现出靠近 Mott 边缘的无位移特征，揭示了氧化物中上 Hubbard 带动量结构。我们简要讨论了利用该技术研究未占据能带的动量依赖性以及 q 相关电荷涨落的潜在用途。
