使用基于行为的系统和黑板架构对细胞内信号网络进行建模

摘要
本文提出使用基于行为的系统与黑板架构的融合来对细胞内信号网络进行建模。凭借这种融合，我们开发的模型（命名为 Cellulat）能够考虑细胞内信号网络的两个基本方面：（1）某些类型网络组件的认知能力；（2）这些网络的高度空间组织性。本文给出了使用 Cellulat 对 Ca2+ 信号通路进行建模的简单示例。目前正在基于 Cellulat 开发一个细胞内信号虚拟实验室。
