摘要
细胞可以被视为一个自适应自主代理，或者一个自适应自主代理的社会，其中每个代理可以根据其认知能力表现出特定的行为。我们提出了一个细胞内信号模型，该模型通过将几种计算技术集成到基于代理的范式中获得。该模型 Cellulat 考虑了细胞内信号网络的两个基本方面：认知能力和空间组织。通过模拟 EGFR 信号通路来示例系统的功能，我们讨论了目前正在开发中的细胞内信号虚拟实验室的方法论和目的。
