超导MgB2单晶的混合态特性

摘要

我们报告了对超导MgB2单晶磁矩的测量结果.发现 μ0Hc2c(0)=3.2\mu_0H_{c2}^c(0) = 3.2 T, μ0Hc2ab(0)=14.5\mu_0H_{c2}^{ab}(0) = 14.5 T, γ=4.6\gamma = 4.6, μ0Hc(0)=0.28\mu_0H_c(0) = 0.28 T, and κ(Tc)=4.7\kappa(T_c) = 4.7.标准的金氏龙形和伦敦模型关系给出一致的数据集,表明MgB2是一种在较窄的耦合范围内且具有显著各向异性效应的洁净极限超导体.
