硅纳米晶中受限声学声子拉曼散射的微观计算

摘要
通过微观晶格动力学计算，研究了硅纳米晶中受限声学声子的拉曼散射。发现偏振和非偏振光谱存在显著差异，这源于不同的声学声子模式。偏振散射比非偏振散射更为显著。将计算结果与最近的实验数据进行了比较，并讨论了基质效应。
