基于 Walraven 测光法的银河系造父变星金属丰度估算

摘要

我们提出了基于 Walraven 测光法的两个测光金属丰度指数的新经验校准和理论校准。经验校准依赖于一个包含 48 颗造父变星的样本,文献中已有基于高分辨率光谱的铁丰度数据可供使用。这些恒星覆盖了广泛的金属丰度范围(0.5<[Fe/H]<+0.5-0.5 < [\text{Fe/H}] < +0.5),且金属丰度指数颜色(MIC)关系的内禀精度优于 0.2 dex。理论校准依赖于一组用于中等质量恒星的均匀太阳缩放演化轨迹,以及关于不稳定带拓扑结构的脉动预测。所采用演化轨迹的金属含量范围为 Z=0.001Z=0.001Z=0.03Z=0.03,且 MIC 关系的内禀精度优于 0.1 dex。
