金 MEMS 器件的机械疲劳：实验结果

摘要
研究了机械疲劳对金器件结构性能的影响。在循环载荷施加过程中监测了专用测试微系统的吸合电压。机械塌陷被表征为试样机械强度的急剧丧失。通过吸合电压测量，利用阶梯法估算了疲劳极限。测量采用光学干涉技术完成。
