测量恒星级黑洞的自旋：进展报告

摘要
我们使用Novikov-Thorne薄盘模型拟合黑洞X射线双星的热连续X射线光谱，从而将黑洞的无量纲自旋参数a* = a/M作为拟合参数提取出来。我们总结了迄今为止对六个系统获得的结果，并描述了正在进行的对其他系统的研究工作。我们还介绍了最近的方法论进展、我们目前为使分析软件完全可供他人使用所做的努力，以及我们为验证Novikov-Thorne模型所做的理论工作。
