ATLAS像素探测器空间分辨率的测量

摘要
为ATLAS实验开发的标准及辐照后的硅像素探测器在束流中进行了测试。通过比较微条望远镜与像素探测器测得的位置，确定了数字和模拟分辨率。在未扣除望远镜确定位置误差的情况下，得到数字分辨率10 μm、模拟分辨率辐照前6 μm、辐照后10 μm。
