通过 Σ⁻ 电子弹性散射测量 Σ⁻ 电荷半径

摘要
在 Q² 范围 0.035-0.105 GeV²/c² 通过弹性散射 Σ⁻ 束电子于原子电子来测量 Σ⁻ 平均平方电荷半径。该测量使用 SELEX (E781) 质谱仪器进行，采用能量为 610 GeV/c 的费米子中子束。我们得到 <r²> = (0.61 ± 0.12 (统计) ± 0.09 (系统)) fm²。同时测量了质子和 π⁻ 电荷半径，结果与其他实验结果一致。我们的结果与最近测得的 Σ⁻ 强相互作用半径一致。
