二部网络链路预测的最大熵方法

摘要
在网络分析中，解析最大熵框架在网络重构与滤波等不同任务上已非常成功。在最近一篇论文中，同一框架被用于单部网络的链路预测：给出图中所有未观测链路的链路概率，并选取最可能的链路。本文提出将该方法推广至二部图。我们在两个具有不同拓扑特征的真实网络上测试了该方法。将我们的性能与最先进的方法进行比较，结果表明我们基于熵的方法具有良好的整体表现。
