摘要
我们回顾了石墨烯中所有36种可能的能隙打开不稳定性的分类，即当包含自旋、谷和超导通道时，二维狄拉克哈密顿量的36种相对论质量。然后我们证明，在石墨烯中，如果存在适当的质量尺度层次，则可以在超导序参量的涡旋上实现奇数个马约拉纳费米子。
