超导 Nb 的磁热开关特性

摘要
近年来，热开关因是电子器件热管理的关键部件而受到广泛研究。在此，我们展示了纯 Nb 在其超导转变温度（Tc = 9.2 K）以下具有巨大的磁热开关比（MTSR）。MTSR 随温度降低而增大，在 T = 2.5 K、H = 4.0 kOe 条件下观察到 650% 的 MTSR。具有巨大 MTSR 的超导体中的热开关将有助于提升低温电子器件的性能。
