摘要
我们开发了 估计与反卷积方法,旨在基于皮肤酒精含量的含噪测量对个体的血液酒精水平做出有依据的统计推断。我们首先将结果应用于扩散模型中指定血/皮酒精关系的关键参数的非线性最小二乘估计量,并确立其存在性、一致性与渐近正态性。为对未知潜在血液酒精曲线进行推断,我们发展了带正则化的基空间反卷积方法,并确定误差过程的渐近分布,从而允许我们计算该曲线的均匀置信带。模拟研究表明在低噪声水平下我们的曲线估计量性能与其渐近分布相符,并将我们的方法应用于通过透皮生物传感器收集的真实皮肤酒精数据集。
