摘要
我们评估了两种热电堆传感器作为现代集成太赫兹成像系统的便捷探测器选项。在一个仅包含单光学元件的简单装置中，使用了商用单像素器件和32x32像素焦平面阵列(FPA)，以实现出色的分辨率和信噪比(SNR)性能。光源方面使用了低温制冷的量子级联激光器(QCL)或室温电子太赫兹倍频链。
