扶手椅型石墨烯纳米带结中的低偏压负微分电阻效应

摘要

具有扶手椅型边缘的石墨烯纳米带 (AGNRs) 具有可通过纳米带宽度灵活调节的带隙。近期有报道指出,由夹在两个较宽 AGNR 引线之间的较窄 AGNR 构成的结,在费米能级附近拥有两个完美透射通道。在此,我们报告通过施加偏置电压将这些透射通道驱动至较宽 AGNR 引带的带隙中,可以获得负微分电阻 (NDR) 效应。由于 AGNR 结的固有特性,开启偏压低至约 0.2 V,且谷电流几乎消失。我们进一步表明,这种 NDR 效应对结的原子结构细节、衬底以及结是通过刻蚀还是氢化制备具有鲁棒性。
