被称为对数Lambert函数的Lambert W函数推广被发现在经典理想气体三参数熵的绝热系综热力学中作为解出现。得到了该函数的导数、积分、泰勒级数、近似公式和分支。计算了热力学量，并将热函数用对数Lambert函数表示。
